Return Policy
Our products are carefully chosen to assure that we are offering you the very best. We stand behind our products and are happy to offer you a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return your purchase within 30 days as long as it is unused and unwashed. Due to personal hygiene concerns, breast pumps, breast pump accesories, Ameda ComfortGels, Ameda Breast Shells, Earth Mama BoobyTubes, and opened skincare items cannot be returned.
We will be glad to issue you a prompt refund of the purchase price less shipping charges, or a store credit if you prefer. We want your shopping experience to be easy and caring for your baby naturally to be a true joy!
All refunds must be processed with a Return Authorization #. Please e-mail us at info@aunaturelbaby.com or call us at 1-866-715-0723 so that we can help you with your return.
Please note that we cannot credit you for any shipping fees. If your order received FREE shipping you will be credited for the merchandise returned minus the shipping fees the store paid to deliver to you. These deducted shipping fees will be prorated if you are only returning a portion of your order.
If you wish to return an item in new, unwashed condition, but it is beyond our 30 day return policy please call us to see how we can help you.
Steps to make a return:- contact us to receive a RA.
- Include a copy of your receipt
- Clearly label the package with a RA (Return Authorization #)
- Be sure to insure your package and get a tracking number (we can't help you if we don't receive the package).
